He also serves as the Vice President of the Ohio Cemetery Association. We would like to thank Rufus for his many years of dedicated service and wish him many more years of success and growth. ICCFA Convention

Awards & Recognitions

The ICCFA honored a number of members during the 2013 convention who have earned certification designations. The certification program recognizes individuals who have demonstrated a high degree of competence and a high level of cemetery, cremation, funeral management and supplier experience and skills. • Robert McNerney, CFuE, CCrE, owner of Green Hills Mortuary & Memorial Chapel, Rancho Palos Verdes, California, received the Certified Funeral Executive (CFuE) anti Certified Cremation Executive (CCrE) designations.
• Frederick W. Miller, CCE, CSE, president of Memorial Business Systems, Inc., Brentwood, Tennessee, received a Certified Supplier Executive (CSE) designation.
• Harry C. Neel, CCFE, president of Jefferson Memorial Cemetery & Funeral Home, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, received a Certified Cemetery Funeral Executive (CCFE) designation.
